Our mission is to identify and support students who are often unrecognized and help them grow with proper guidance and encouragement. We aim to build confident, responsible, and socially aware individuals who can contribute positively to society.
P.S. Jaikumar, M.A., B.Ed., is a retired teacher with 35 years of experience teaching students at various levels.
As both a teacher and a backbench student during his education, his experiences shaped a strong vision that students who are often considered slow learners can become empathetic and socially responsible individuals if they are guided properly.
His journey and understanding led to the formation of Deepam Trust with a mission to support and uplift such students.
